Cleaning tips:

1. The rug should be vacuumed regularly to maintain the integrity of the fibers and to remove excess dirt. The fringe should be avoided when vacuuming due to possible damage to the fringe.
2. We suggest professionally cleaning your rug(s) every one to three years.
3. Also, we offer a pick up and delivery service for cleaning rugs.

Treatment of stains:

1. For those unfortunate emergencies, use a soft cloth (or paper towel) to blot, not rub, the stain. Further, we recommend mild detergent or club soda for added removal of the stain. Likewise the drying process is expedited by elevating the wet area of the rug.
2. Pet and red wine stains are a further hazard to your rug. Immediate attention is highly recommended. Left untreated they can do permanent damage to the fibers of the rug. Please contact us as soon as possible. Furthermore, unfortunately there is no guarantee on the removal of pet stains or red wine stains.

Restoration:

Padding:

1. We also provide proper padding to insure the protection of your rug from wear and yourself from slippage. There are different types of pads for carpets and hardwood floors.

Rotation:

1. Rotation of the rug is recommended every year or two for even-wear of the rug.
